7 Days Gorilla & Chimpanzee tracking Safari

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by your professional safari guide who will brief you about your adventure before transferring you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy optional activities like Botanical Gardens visit, Lake Victoria sunset, Local craft shopping, Relaxation at the hotel.

After breakfast, travel through the southern Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This area is famous for its rare tree-climbing lions, often seen resting in large fig trees. You shall enjoy a game drive before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park a journey that takes you a period of 5 to 6 hours with views of Tea plantations, Mountain villages, Terraced hillsides, Dense forests. After a while, you shall reach the park and check in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight at lodge.

Early breakfast then transfer to the headquarters where you are welcomed by ranger guides who take you through precise briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas. The ranger guides will inform you about the Park, Mountain Gorilla Trekking Families as well as other safari adventures travelers can do in the park.rnrnThe Ranger guides shall allocate you into groups of 8 with lead guides who transfer you into the green forest vegetation to trek the Gorillas for a period of two to eight hours depending on the gorillas' location. You shall traverse from one trail to another looking for the Gorillas and after a while, you shall meet them an in an hour stay in their presence taking many photos to keep. After returning from the trek, receive a gorilla trekking certificate then spend the evening relaxing at your lodge.

After breakfast embark on journey to the western part of Uganda through beautiful countryside filled with tea plantations, traditional villages, rolling hills and verdant farmland. The journey tales a period of 6 to 7 hours with many scenic stopovers and lunch en routes before arriving in Kibale Forest National Park.rnrnYou shall reach in the evening and engage in Bigodi Wetland Walk, Bird watching and Community visits. On reaching here, you shall transfer to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight at Lodge.

Early breakfast then head to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning chimpanzee trekking. You shall meet a park ranger who takes you through precise briefing on conduct around the chimpanzees. You shall then transfer to enter the forest and trek the chimpanzees for 2 to 4 hours depending oj their current location in the forest.rnrnEn-route, you shall watch the Black-and-white colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, Grey-cheeked mangabeys, Olive baboons, Forest elephants, Numerous bird species. You shall them meet the chimpanzees and in an hour, you shall stay in their presence taking many photos. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge.

Breakfast in the morning then embark on transfer to the stunning Queen Elizabeth National Park a journey that takes you a period of 3 to 4 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, bird species as well as lunch.rnrnAfter a while, you shall reach the Park and embark on en-route game drive as you traverse from one point to another watching wildlife animals i.e warthogs, elephants, hippos, baboons, kobs, small antelope, buffalo, etc. After a while, you shall proceed to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Breakfast in the morning then transfer on Game Drive in the Park. You shall transfer with packed lunch and as you traverse from one point to another along the tracks, you watch many wildlife animals wandering around their natural vegetation habitat. The wildlife animals you watch include; African elephants, Lions, Cape buffaloes, Uganda kobs, Waterbucks, Hyenas, Warthogs etc.rnrnAfter lunch, enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where you watch Hippopotamuses, Nile crocodiles, African elephants, Buffaloes, Water birds, Kingfishers, African fish eagles. At mid day, break off for lunch then after proceed on departure to Entebbe International airport to board your flight back home.
